  After losing my engagement ring and needing to choose a replacement, I was referred to Andrew Douglas Jewelers through a mutual acquaintance. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Andrew used amazing software to literally create what I wanted and this software was not generic...it was Hollywood worthy and impressive! He then found a setting that was exactly like what we had created together. Andrew was professional, patient, responsive and honest. I felt very comfortable working with him and was thankful I had been referred to his store. He is VERY knowledgeable about his business and he will work very hard for you to make sure you get exactly what you want. I intend to use Andrew Douglas Jewelers for my future purchases!
